Sugar <br />Salt to taste <br /> <br />For the fritters (bhaji):- <br />2 tomatoes, thickly sliced <br /> <br />For the batter:- <br />1 bowl Gram Flour <br />1½ tsp. Coriander Powder <br />½ tsp. Turmeric Powder <br />2 tsp. Rice Flour <br />Salt to taste <br />Water <br /> <br />Oil for frying <br /> <br /> <br />Method:- <br />- Grind all the ingredients of the chutney to a fine paste. <br />- Mix all the ingredients of the batter properly and make a batter. <br />- Apply the chutney to the middle part of the tomatoes and sprinkle some chaat masala on it. <br />- Heat oil in a pan. <br />- Coat the tomato slices with the batter and fry them in the oil. <br /> <br /> <br />Tomato Bhaji is ready to serve!
